A Legacy Home with a New Beginning
The house at Twenty Three Sixty isn't just a home; it's a testament to craftsmanship, vision, and the love of making something beautiful. Originally built in 1999, this property was expanded by previous owners, doubling its size to become the 14,000 square foot marvel it is today. With seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and countless memories embedded in its walls, the home is both a place of comfort and an ongoing project of passion.
The Renovation Adventure
When we purchased this house, we knew it had potential—potential that came with a significant amount of work. From retiling every bathroom to replacing the floors, from moving a dominating fireplace to repainting every room, we've poured time, money, and heart into every square foot. It hasn’t been easy, but the rewards are as expansive as the home itself.
What We’ve Accomplished So Far
The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, but each completed project brings us closer to our dream home. The kitchen renovation is still underway, but our new pantry kitchen is serving us well in the meantime. Outside, the pool and hardscaping have been transformed into a high-end oasis with new water features, turf, and decorative rock paving stones.
Looking Ahead
The journey is far from over. As we continue to breathe new life into Twenty Three Sixty, we invite you to follow along, share in our experiences, and perhaps find inspiration for your own renovation adventures.
